DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsibilities HR :

  • Manage full spectrum of HR Management from Industrial Relation, Talent Management and Development, Organization Development, Learning & Training, HRIS, Compensation and Benefit
  • Plan, implement, monitor, evaluate and report all compensation and benefits implementation activities, personnel administration, general, industrial & external relations
  • Carry out, and supervise all recruitment activities and assessment level staff, and non staff at the site location according to the needs and job requirements to ensure the fulfillment of manpower both from internal and external to the company appropriately and by the company's work plan
  • Fulfill ISO 9001 : 2015 and ISO 14001 : 2015
  • Create, coordinate and ensure the process of preparing and developing the company's organization in the form of organizational structure, job analysis, competency profile, and HRD policies, as well as employee development to achieve employee competence at the staff level, non-staff at the site location through TNA based on the applicable competency matrix to support the achievement of work effectiveness and efficiency as well as competencies that are in line with the objectives of the company
  • The Duties of a senior HR manager will include dealing with employee grievances and disputes, supporting employee development, enhancing job satisfaction, designing onboarding procedures, implementing HR strategies that support business objectives, forecasting staffing needs, mitigating risk, structuring benefit packages, maintaining employee records, managing budgets, designing accountability mechanisms, and overseeing overall employment needs.

Responsibilities Legal :

  • Review all legal document, agreement, and licenses for all companies to anticipate potential legal issues,
  • Compile and review legal contracts, MOUs, and other legal documents,
  • Manage the company legal documentation, including NIB, articles of assoiation, and other company - related legal documents.

Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor/Master Degree In Human Resource Management, Psychology, Legal, or equivalent
  • Have experience minimum 5 years as HR Manager (Corporate)
  • Leadership, understanding payroll, recruiting, compensation and benefit, industrial relation (Strong in recruitment is preferred)
  • Hold HR Manager Certificate e. Good command English (both speaking and written)
  • Have good knowledge in HR & regulation
  • Have experience in similar field (Mining Nickel or Smelter Industry),
  • Knowledge of business law, company law, and familiar with OSS will be preferable
  • Knowledge of mining is essensial,

Placement in Jakarta and willing to temporarily go to the site.
