DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

Marketing Executive duties and responsibilities 

You will be responsible for executing the marketing strategy of the company. Being the community manager of both Legend Diving entities will also be part of your prerogatives. Finally, you will be in charge of assisting the organization of the company trade shows and major events. 

To be successful, you must be perfectly fluent in English (specifically writing), highly self-motivated, proactive, autonomous, and have a working knowledge of current marketing tools and strategies to execute successful marketing campaigns. Being organized and paying attention to details are essential skills for this position. 

You will report directly to the Marketing Director regarding all marketing duties. The position is a full-time job and will be located full-time or partially on Nusa Lembongan island. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends 
• Set, plan, and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies 
• Provide or collect images and video content for all social media and professional accounts 
• Edit videos and pictures, schedule, and publish visuals on different social media platforms 
• Write engaging captions & respond to customers' comments in a timely manner 
• Engage guests in writing feedback on Google and TripAdvisor.  
• Monitor, track, and provide monthly reports (Social media, Google Analytics, Online reviews etc.) 
• Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness 
• Research and develop new market opportunities 
• Coordinate with Marketing Director 

JOB OFFER CONDITIONS

This contract is valid for a minimum of 1 year.

You will have flexible working hours but it’s expected that you work around 8 hours a day or whatever is necessary to meet the deadlines. You will have 1 day off a week.

The holidays have to be submitted at least 2 months and advance and are subject to approval by the marketing director.  

REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency in English for effective communication
• Robust communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms
• Strong knowledge of editing software

Salary Conditions:

Minimum Salary guaranteed 11,000,000 Rp 

You can expect your salary to be between 11,000,000 IDR to 12,500,000 IDR according to your performance. Your salary can be re-evaluated after 6 months in the company. 

Working hours: Office hours 9h to 18h / Lunch break 1h
