What you will be doing:

• New employees search and selection throughout the company
• Attracting the best professionals in different product areas of the company's business
• Market analysis of competitors, "market mapping" preparing
• Working with a narrow candidate market, conducting complex searches
• Effective communication with inner customers
• Support of candidates at all stages of selection process
• Working with the corporate database
• Leading new employees on-boarding
• Participation in cross-functional projects

What we expect of you:

• Experience in a recruiting agency (preferably)
• Experience in recruitment from 2 years and willingness to develop in this field
• Experience in complex search using non-standard recruitment tools
• Fluent English and Indonesian (must have)
• Creative approach to solving the tasks
• High analytical skills
• Customer Focus and Positivity
